One operating view
Bring approved customer, sales, service and operational workflows into a system with defined owners and status.
Custom business systems · ERPNext customisation
Replace disconnected spreadsheets and repeated data entry with one clearly scoped system. We map the people, approvals, records and reports first, then recommend custom development or ERPNext customisation according to fit.

A good fit when
What we need from the client
Important: Implementation does not by itself guarantee accounting, tax, labour, sectoral or privacy compliance. The client remains responsible for its policies, lawful processing, records and professional approvals.
Yes, when the required workflows, ownership model or integrations justify custom development. We also assess whether ERPNext or another suitable foundation can meet the need with less risk and cost.
Yes. We can scope forms, roles, workflows, print formats, dashboards, reports and integrations. Feasibility depends on the current ERPNext version, hosting, installed apps, data quality and the requested change.
Migration can be included after source systems, fields, volumes, duplicates, permissions and quality are assessed. Cleaning rules, test migrations, reconciliation and final cutover are agreed separately.
Ownership, licences, source-code delivery and reuse rights depend on the accepted proposal, third-party licences and payment terms. They are recorded before development begins.
No universal support plan is implied. Hosting, updates, monitoring, user support and feature development are scoped according to the deployment and operating requirements.
Business-system data governance
Customer, employee, supplier, finance and operational records can meet inside one business system. Discovery should define why each record exists, who can use it and what happens when it is no longer needed.
Read the privacy policyMap business purposes, data fields, departments, approvals, reports, imports and exports before configuration. Avoid carrying obsolete or duplicate fields into the new system.
Define least-privilege roles for staff, managers, administrators, vendors and support users, including approval boundaries, audit logs and periodic access review.
Clean and validate source data, record migration decisions and use masked or generated records in development wherever practical. Reconcile agreed totals and samples before go-live.
Document deployment ownership, regions, backups, integrations, subprocessors, retention, employee exit handling, support access and deletion or export at contract closure.
ERPNext and other open-source components retain their own licences. Features, source-code delivery, hosting, support, ownership and data-processing responsibilities depend on the accepted proposal and terms.
