The schedule depends on registration rules, payment setup, content readiness, integrations and the approval cycle.

Conference registration can combine identity, professional credentials, payments, abstracts, travel preferences and certificate records. The organiser should approve the minimum fields, participant notice, reviewers and retention schedule for each conference workflow.

Delegate categories, billing fields, invoices and payment-provider hand-off are documented. Card or UPI credentials should be handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored in the portal.

Abstracts and reviewers
Submission fields, author details, reviewer access, conflicts, acceptance communications and publication choices should match the organiser’s approved scientific process.

Faculty and communications
Speaker profiles, photographs, schedules, certificates, email and SMS messages require authorised content, controlled access and an event-specific purpose.

Exports and event closure
Administrator exports, sponsor access, attendance evidence, certificate records and deletion or archival after the event should be agreed before launch.
