Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible milestone-based and monthly payment terms for all projects. We typically structure payments in 3 instalments: 50% upfront, 25% at midpoint, and 25% on delivery.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All costs are outlined upfront in your project proposal. We itemise every deliverable and any third-party costs (hosting, plugins, APIs) before you sign off.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Our packages are designed to be flexible. If your needs grow after launch, we can add features, pages, or services at any time with transparent addon pricing.
Do you offer discounts for startups or NGOs?

What is your refund policy?
We follow a milestone-based refund policy. If you cancel before work begins on a milestone, that milestone fee is refundable. Once work has started on a milestone, the fee for that stage is non-refundable. Please see our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Do prices include hosting?
Hosting is not included in the project price but we can recommend and set up reliable hosting plans for your budget. We work with AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, and shared hosting providers depending on your requirements.
